I don't know what a pocket squirrel is, but I want one, too! A pocket ferret just seems like it might be a bit too aggressive. Hey, I think I'll name the pocket squirrel Deagen!

So If I have a following I do not want to disappoint. The following are my last and final guesses of what the big secret is:

1. Since John did not know about it and Flora made the decision that surprised John. I have thought long and hard and have come up with the idea that Flora got a boob job! Hey, beats wearing underwire.
2. It really could be as simple as a fence.
3. John has always wanted a pool table.
4. How about a wood fire place. Sometimes the real thing can't be beat.
5. My favorite guess is a baby from China. If not a baby, how about a toddler.
6. A one person Jacuzzi. Since it "benefits one person more".
7. I finally remembered. Flora wanted either iron knobs on her kitchen cabinets or iron railings. Could that be it. Could it. Could it be. (If it's not, it is a Chinese Baby)
8. Flora bought a pocket squirrel! A cuddly pet that stays in your pocket. She could even bring it to work. A ferret would of been more fun but Flora has smell prejudice.
9. There is a remote possibility there is no secret at all and this has just been a cruel experiment in keeping and not knowing secrets that has driven me to have hives. Literally.
10. I just really really think it is a Chinese baby. WELCOME TO AMERICA. Your new parents have an extreme remodeled house with an inground pool, bamboo trees, a fence, jacuzzi, pool table, remodeled basement with a homeless person living in the crawl space. Your new daddy has three dogs and a walk in humidor. Watch out for your new brother, I think he has a tumor. And for your new mommy (the one with the tattoo and perking new set of twins), she likes to rearrange furniture and paint. And always remember that the Democratic party has a donkey as there mascot. Literally.

I find myself thinking about this secret several times a day since you blogged about it. I am anxiously awaiting the next clue. There has to be a prize for the one who guesses it correctly. When I think about prizes for a game, I think about when Joe's team won the Amazing Race and the classic look on his face when you handed them the 1000 Grand Bars. Great memory!!
